These terms govern your use of the The Surveyor Co website and services provided by LW Renovation Group Ltd (Company No. 16425052).
Our Services
We provide property inventories, check-ins, mid-term inspections and check-outs, along with commercial schedules of condition and vacant property visits, across Lincoln and Lincolnshire. Reports are delivered digitally.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due on completion of the visit. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
